Estrella’s Baptism Testimony

During the camp, I felt, as I always do at camps, loved, respected, and esteemed. I saw Jesus reflected in the staff, the translators, the team, and also in the Ambassadors (my youth group). God worked through them because they gave me confidence, allowing me to open my heart and lose my shame. They reflected unity, love, peace, and enthusiasm in a lively, joyful way—without resentment, without envy, and with many laughs.

I am happy for my baptism. I had already seen other children get baptized, but I wanted to be baptized because I understood that God does not ask for perfection. It is enough to believe in Him and give my life to God. He will provide, and I want to continue on the path He has for me and fulfill the purpose He has for me. Also, I want to be the change in my family.

And why am I in EA? Because, apart from encouraging me, they are my second family.
