Main Street Church, The Eye Shoppe, and University of Missouri-St. Louis collaborated with Esperanza de Ana to reach the senior adults in our community through 4 eye clinics serving about 300 seniors. Through this community outreach Esperanza de Ana missionary staff where invited to the senior adult clubs to teach them how to pray.
Gateway Church, Blue Springs, Missouri, served at Esperanza de Ana in October. They helped put a roof on the home of one of our program families. They created an interactive classroom as a World Lab where our kids will study world issues and begin to understand that they have the ability and responsibility to search for solutions and find opportunities to be servant leaders in their own communities. They checked off many other maintenance projects on our needs list and set apart time to bless the national staff for their commitment and hard work.
